- Cybersecurity: Audit and project management for defense and data security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at different levels of your project, strategy and governance, architecture, development or even DevOps.
Your tasks

Identification, analysis, documentation and validation of the organization’s business needs and requirements.

Impact analysis with stakeholders and creation of impact analyses between current and future processes.

Documentation of processes, procedures, and task aids tools.

Strength of proposal in ways of doing things in a perspective of organizational improvement and innovation. Create the solution with users ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ensure a transversal view of the solution and achieve end-to-end traceability of requirements.

Contribute to the development of testing strategies and define the acceptance testing plan.

Support the business sector during the deployment of solutions.

Contribution to the definition of the strategy and the implementation of change management activities.
Your profile
-
University BA with 5 years of relevant experience;
-
Certification in business analysis (CBAP or PMI-PBA) or knowledge of business analysis methodology (BABOK or PBAP) an asset;

Knowledge of the banking industry and business services such as banking, financing, payments: A definite asset

Experience in modernization or business transformation programs, implementation of large software packages and platforms, data migration and integration, business process optimization

Bilingualism required (English and French)
