Your tasks
Audensiel is hiring a Senior Project Manager (w/m) for his swiss branch.
Within the "Technology & Operations" unit, you will work with the IT Development department to lead a project to replace the applications of the "Back-office" operational activity called: Corporate Actions.
This project will extend over a period of 3 to 4 years and aims to:
- Integrate the application of an external supplier into the Bank's IT environment
- Develop a new internal application for the transactional part of the operational flow
- Connect the two applications to complete the "End to End" operational flow
Your main tasks:
- Lead a large-scale project aimed at transforming our platform, its application base and its operational processes
- Manage a relationship with a supplier, manage progress, manage budgets and facilitate exchanges
- Identify in collaboration with the business analysts the business needs and propose the best solutions in collaboration with the solution architect and the developers
- Review in collaboration with the business analysts the end-to-end processes and work on the user experience
- Support developments by following an agile methodology
- Guarantee the quality requirements of our solutions
- Manage the coordination between the different teams
- Organize and lead steering committees with management
Your profile
- University education or higher school in Engineering (Master), ideally IT;
- More than 5 years of experience in developing IT solutions with a strong sensitivity to solving business problems
- More than 5 years of experience in managing complex projects
- Confirmed experience in project management methodology (PMI, Prince 2 or Agile)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of business needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a spirit of synthesis
- Very good team spirit;
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
- Resistance to stress, adaptability and communication skills;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Residence in Switzerland or desire to take up residence in Switzerland.
