Audensiel continues its expansion in the North American market with the strategic acquisition of the Digital Factory, Cybersecurity, DevOps and Data businesses of Maltem Canada, a leading local player based in Montreal. Key player in the digital market recognized in Quebec, Maltem Canada is distinguished by its ability to support its clients in their strategic digital activities through the implementation of customized service centers in recent years, a complete offer of premium coaching and training. This acquisition allows Audensiel to benefit from proven local expertise, consolidating its role as a preferred partner for large and medium-sized Canadian companies.

One year after opening its office in Montreal with the support of Sagard MidCap (Audensiel’s key shareholder is particularly active in North America and Europe), Audensiel is making its first acquisition in this geography and now brings together nearly 100 specialists under the banner of Audensiel Canada. This new international development comes after a successful expansion in Spain, Mexico, Belgium and Luxembourg, while its activities in France are still as dynamic. For more than ten years, Audensiel has been growing at a steady rate of almost 30% per year, supported in its development by its partners Sagard and Capza. With 1,800 employees and nearly 200 million euros (290 million CAD) in turnover, Audensiel is continuing its investments and strengthening its positions in its specialist segments (data/IA, digital factory, cloud and cybersecurity) to support its clients and partners on their transformation challenges.
« I am very pleased with this rapprochement which allows us to partner with a group recognized in the digital transformation market, whose human values and entrepreneurial culture we share. This collaboration promises great commercial and innovation synergies, » comments Marc Giraud-Sauveur, Managing Director of Maltem Canada. He continues, « Joining Audensiel is a logical and natural follow-up that will allow Maltem Canada to expand its footprint in a successful international environment, and continue to offer great career opportunities for its employees. »
« This acquisition consolidates the position of Audensiel across Canada in terms of expertise in digital transformation, cybersecurity, DevOps and data, » says Nicolas Pacault, president of Audensiel. « We are excited about this future collaboration with the Maltem Canada teams within the group, who are experts in Canadian key account clients. This rapprochement is perfectly in line with our values and the strategic plan for expanding our activities, » he concludes.

Found this while searching for ideas for a cosplay identity. The star wars name generator gave me a few surprisingly cinematic names that actually sound memorable.
Audensiel acquiring Maltem Canada – talk about a digital power play! They're really *mixing* up the international leadership scene, merging two strong entities into an even more formidable force. Hopefully, their new strategies blend as seamlessly as they've blended their companies!

In Slither io, I once boosted in front of two snakes fighting, and they both panicked and crashed into each other. I didn’t even plan it, I just sat there surrounded by their glowing remains, shocked and thrilled.
