Audensiel is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vona, an independent consulting firm recognized for its expertise in cybersecurity and digital strategy. This strategic move represents a key milestone in Audensiel’s growth, reinforcing its commitment to offering clients a comprehensive and cutting-edge range of services.
A major step forward for our Cybersecurity capabilities
Vona has established itself as a leading player in the French market, particularly with strategic clients such as operators of vital importance (OVIs) and public institutions. This acquisition enables Audensiel to achieve critical mass in the cybersecurity segment, creating a combined team of 150 experts when including the capabilities of Khiplus, our subsidiary specializing in secure IT systems for the Defense sector.
This strategic integration allows us to deliver a comprehensive cybersecurity offering tailored to key sectors such as Finance, Defense, Luxury, Insurance, Media, Energy, and Healthcare. Our services now cover:
