Audensiel strengthens its position as a European player in digital transformation with the acquisition of Cream Consulting, a Belgian multi-specialist market leader.
Audensiel strengthens its European presence with a majority stake in Cream Consulting, an IT expert in digital transformation.
Cream Consulting has 200 collaborators who support major Belgian accounts in their digital and Agile transformations in the banking/financial, insurance, public, transport and energy sectors.
Since Sagard joined Capza at the end of year 2022, this is the second external growth operation for Audensiel.
