Audensiel’s talents through co-optation

Audensiel recruits its new talent through different channels, including co-optation, which appears to be a fairly effective recruitment tool.

What is co-optation?

Co-op allows an Audensiel employee to recommend a candidate when a position is open. She participates in a winning trio between the co-optee, the co-optor and the recruiter Audensiel.

Each employee (s) Audensiel can co-opt a person from their network and present them to join the teams.

Once the recruitment is completed and the probationary period validated, a bonus is distributed.

As someone who values people-first hiring, I really like how Audensiel’s co-optation process turns recruitment into a trusted network-based approach where employees actively help build the team. It even reflects the collaborative spirit I enjoy in Eaglercraft, the browser-based sandbox building and survival game, where strong communities are often built through trusted connections and teamwork.

Space Waves 2 also encourages a sense of rhythm and flow. When everything clicks—movement, timing, and awareness—the gameplay becomes almost meditative. Players enter a state of focus where actions feel automatic, and progress feels effortless.

Unlike traditional platformers, Geometry Dash uses music as an essential part of its level design. Each level is synchronized with a unique electronic soundtrack, which helps guide players through obstacles.
