Audensiel strengthens its position as a multi-specialist in data and AI





Audensiel is expanding its international presence by acquiring a stake in Cognodata, an expert in Data and Artificial Intelligence for the banking/finance, payments, insurance, healthcare, retail and travel & media sectors. Cognodata has 200 employees.



This operation is the first abroad for Audensiel.


Cognodata, with over 20 years of experience, has developed high-value SaaS solutions for its customers in Europe and Latin America: CognoPay for payments, CognoMind for the optimization of business processes integrating AI and CognoSpace, for marketing automation. Cognodata will generate €13 million in sales in 2022 from its offices in Madrid and Mexico City.


With this transaction, Audensiel, European leader in digital transformation, accelerates its international development and strengthens its strategic positioning in the Data/ AI business lines with a range of SaaS solutions.
